Payment methods

All prices on this site are shown in euros (EUR). You can see the total, including delivery, in your basket before you confirm anything.

How you can pay

• Credit and debit card. Card payments are processed by Revolut, our payment provider. Your card details are entered on Revolut’s secure form and are never stored on our servers.
• Apple Pay. Available on compatible Apple devices and browsers.
• Google Pay. Available on compatible devices and browsers.
• Bank transfer. If you prefer to pay by transfer, choose this option at checkout and you will receive our bank details together with your order reference. Orders paid by transfer are dispatched once the funds have cleared.

Security

The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Card payments are handled by Revolut, an authorised payment institution, and we never see or store your full card number.

When you are charged

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are taken when you place the order. For bank transfers, the order is confirmed when we receive the funds.

Invoices

You will receive an invoice by e-mail for every order. If you are a business in the European Union and hold a valid intra-community VAT number, write to info@systems4gates.com with your VAT number before ordering.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original order. The conditions and time limits are set out in our warranty and returns policy.
