Which brands do you stock?
We stock CAME, BFT, FAAC, NICE, SOMFY, DEA, BENINCA, GIBIDI, TELCOMA, SEAV, CLEMSA and many more: control panels, remote controls, circuit boards, photocells, receivers and spare parts. If you cannot find your model, send us the reference and we will look for it.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are despatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 2 to 5 working days within the European Union and the United Kingdom, and 4 to 5 working days to the Gulf states and North Africa. Delivery is free on EU orders over €160.
Are your products under warranty?
Yes. Every product carries a two-year commercial warranty, one year on remote controls, on top of your statutory rights as a consumer. The full detail is on our Warranty and returns page.
Can I automate a door I already have?
Yes. An existing door or gate can be fitted with a modern operator. Send us the make and model, and photographs if you can, and we will tell you which motor, control panel and safety devices you need.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card and bank transfer. Card payments are made securely and directly with the bank — we never see or store your card number. An order paid by transfer is processed once the money reaches us.
