Shipping and delivery
All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Madrid, Spain. We ship with DHL Express and UPS. All prices and delivery charges on this site are shown in euros (EUR).
Where we deliver
- European Union and Ireland — Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
- United Kingdom.
- Gulf states — Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
- North Africa — Morocco and Tunisia.
If your country is not on this list, write to info@systems4gates.com before ordering and we will tell you whether we can deliver to you.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders over €160 within the European Union, Ireland included.
- €13.90 per order below that amount, for the European Union and Ireland.
- For the United Kingdom, the Gulf states and North Africa the charge depends on the destination and is shown in your basket before you confirm the order.
You will always see the exact delivery charge in the basket, before payment. We never add charges after an order is placed.
Motors and bulky items
The charges above apply to remote controls, control panels, circuit boards, photocells, accessories and spare parts — that is, to everything you can add to the basket on this site.
Motors and complete automation kits are delivered within the European Union only. They are heavy and bulky, so the carriage cannot be calculated in advance for other destinations. If you are outside the European Union — in the United Kingdom, the Gulf states or North Africa — and you need a motor or a complete kit, ask us for a quotation before ordering. The quickest way is our quote request form, which asks for everything we need: the type of gate, its approximate weight, the width of the opening and the delivery country. You can also write to info@systems4gates.com with the same details. We reply with the price of the equipment and of the carriage to your country.
Delivery times
- European Union and United Kingdom: typically 2 to 5 working days.
- Gulf states and North Africa: typically 4 to 5 working days.
Deliveries are handled by a courier company, so we cannot guarantee a precise delivery date. Outside the European Union these times do not include clearance by the destination country’s customs, which is outside our control. If a delivery is running late, contact us and we will take it up with the carrier.
Customs and import duties
Within the European Union there are no customs formalities and no import duties. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the Gulf states and North Africa, any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are payable by the customer and are not included in the price shown on this site.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive the carrier’s tracking number by e-mail. You can also check the status of an order on our order tracking page.
